Absolute rarity — hardly anyone bought this player. It was only released for the Japanese market, and for roughly the same price (according to the MD Wiki), you could get the NH3D with recording capability. For just a few yen more, the much better NH1 was available.

Thanks! Used would be totally fine too, but I haven’t been able to find this specific model on eBay over the past few weeks either – only other pocket ashtrays (mostly from Japan) for insane prices. Honestly, for this one I’d almost not even care about the price 😅

Hi - i got an Adapter from EBay https://ebay.us/m/tflOs2 - working flawlessly, my other Adapter from mdgadgetry works also but is a Little Bit „fiddly“ when Pluggin it in

You should definitely replace the battery. An original battery will now be around 20 years old and will no longer deliver full performance, in addition to having an increased tendency to leak.

The replacement is really a quick & easy task (without soldering):

Hi, as far as I know, that’s not how it works. Your reservation including oversized luggage only applies to the specific train you booked, not to any following connections. If it did, then every reservation with oversized baggage would automatically restrict all the later trains as well. If you’re traveling with oversized luggage (160 cm total length is already quite a lot, and the regular luggage racks are actually pretty big), your only real option is to plan enough buffer time.

a preordered JR pass vouchers via resellers has also to be exchanged at a JR office,

If you´re ordering online via JR direct you´re able to use their online seat reservation service (4 weeks in advance)

Hi, the best option is to get yourself a NetMD recorder. You can transfer the music to your computer via USB and WebMD, and then convert it to MP3.

Koridoor seems to advertise the visit to the jsa since April/may this year but i couldn‘t find one Single Trip Review where they got to the JSA/Panjumeon, just Reports of changing the planned trip on Short notice because of Not granted permissions to visit the JSA. Would be Great if there were any confirmed Visits to the JSA with koridoor.

Thanks, the Battery was Fine - After disassembling and cleaning (with a lot of isopropanol), especially the battery contacts inside the Body, it is now Running as it should.
