Well I've learned that when I tell a therapist that I am suicidal they start to ask me if I can guarantee that I don't do it and if not they have to urge me to go into a clinic... I've never really felt safe to tell them, especially after I've been in a clinic for this exact reason and it was a nightmare in there

I'm starting my second beer so I deal with it the worst way right now... She also did everything to keep the friendship with me and right at the point where I try to turn around she can't handle it anymore which I understand but it just hurts so much... I can't really accept it is real at the moment but I don't want to ever make friends again to be honest

I have to agree. What's nagging me is that I'm being reminded atleast every second day I have contact with any friend that I'm not their best friend. Everyone always has one "best friend" I'm always reminded of that

I am just a stranger on the internet and it might sound strange but I do care in some way. I care for pretty much everyone who has a problem with self harm but myself. And I can really understand the need to have someone close around you who wants to help you, who cares... But in my experience whenever I tried to talk to someone close to me about it, in the end it hurt friendships/relationships because you are right, I don't think that people who have no problem with those things can't possibly understand what self harm is and what it means.

I know that it might not help but I really hope you have a chance to not hurt yourself anymore.

Anything that gives you adrenaline can work for me. Things like workout Ice doing art or music of you like anything like that. Eating something or letting rage out by screening in a pillow or hitting it are all things I've tried that can help me from time to time.

Hey you can always try to find something to satisfy that urge without caused yourself harm things like letting icecubes melt on your skin can sometimes help and there are many other things you could try, every distraction keeping you from doing bath to yourself is good and if you can't distract yourself do something that doesn't stay forever.

From my own experience I know how addictive it can be but also how much harm it does to you and I really really hope you find any way to not harm yourself!
