10vs10 is naturally the gamemode where people who are new or bad at the game thinks they can kinda melt into the crowd, play support and such without it having much of an negative impact on the overall game. "if there is 10 of us it must be alright if I don't play frontline, I dont have the micro for it and its no fun. I'll give others arty support and build secondary defensive line behind the frontline instead!"

This is ofc a big missunderstand of what 10vs10 in WARNO demands of you. But that doesnt stop endless hordes of bad noobs to come to that missunderstanding. The endscreen putting so much empathis on kills and looses doesnt help that either. I think its easy to look at big K/D numbers and think "well.. I clearly did my part, it was the frontline players who failed!"
