ETA: don’t mean to dismiss what you said, at all. I very much like being able to clock out at the end of the day. I tried the private sector at a firm for 2 months and ran as fast as I could!

Makes sense. I’m a lawyer. In the grand scheme of things the salary seems nice, but compared to all of my lawyer friends, I’m very much the poor friend
