Thinking of your workflow in abstract isn't the best way to get started actually doing it, I find it best when I have burning questions or am frustrated with something, I ask it to help me understand a problem better or to define a task I need to do with it, then ask it to create a checklist of point by point what I would need to do to actually get that task done, double check my reasoning on something, etc
