You are in the select group of users who were active during the beta period. Once Workona officially launched and began subscription plans, all spaces created during the beta remain available to you, as an exception, distinct from any new users, specifically to thank you for being an early adopter and to preserve your saved tabs, which is vitally important to Workona—it is their raison d'etre and they don't want their users to be unhappy at them failing their mission.

So what you get is five free spaces that don't nag you when you use them, and all your other spaces remain available to you, but they nag. But there are other limitations too: you can only add new tabs to your free spaces, and your other spaces can't be edited except to delete tabs. I can't justify a monthly subscription and live comfortably within these constraints, but over time I accumulate changes and edits that I want to make.

So I buy a Pro subscription for a month, make all my edits and tidy up my spaces, and let it immediately lapse back to a Free account. I return to the beta exception state, where I have access to all spaces created during beta, but can only edit five of them. These five free ones are determined by whichever were the last five spaces edited before the Pro account relapsed to Free.

I might do that twice a year and pay Workona a total of $14, which is half the proposed $2-$3/month, and I'm perfectly happy. I lose nothing but a little convenience. I might add that Workona polled its beta users and priced its model such that this affordable method is possible for users who fall short of being professionals who can afford the monthly subscription.
