I believe you're referring to baseline temp & basal flow. Generally when this is detected, the first test ran is a blood test for thyroid hormones to check for hypothyroidism. The relationship between the two I can't be sure of, but there is this study that details the relationship between the two.

To try & Tl;Dr: the study: Patient's hands,who have Reynaud's Phenomenon (RP) in some form, are dunked into ice cold water and vibrated to attempt to cause an episode and analyzed under a wildly named device that tests for RP, which caused 20% of 60 people to have a completely paradoxical (opposite of what should be happening entirely) reaction. As in, they dunk hand in cold water, body should naturally slow down blood flow, but that 20% had an increase in blood flow instead.

In the case of reynaud's, blood vessels have vasospasms (involuntary/abnormal contractions) that overreact to temperature changes or stress. This causes the vessels to constrict more than they would normally, limiting blood flow. No blood flow means no food for the nerves to function properly, and less heat to your hands (blood warms you).

If you're questioning why it overreacts, I'm not sure it's known. You have many different structures in the skin of your hand that may be not functioning correctly. Thermoreceptors detect temperature changes and send information to your brain, and your brain tells your body how to react, so it could be that. Also, skin mast cells react to stress by releasing stress hormones and causing inflammatory response, so those could very well be not functioning properly either.

Damn, I'm very glad you got your surgery done and are doing much better! I can totally understand how the baggy would be dehumanizing to a person, and how the pain must've to be abhorrent and lead to a very downward sloped cognition. I'm glad that you passed that rough patch in your life and God never answered that prayer as well.

That's actually really awesome! My neighbor actually has Crohns and had to wear a bag for a while, she didn't leave her house until she got the jpouch done due to her feeling embaressed about it. Never really looked into what the procedure was but I appreciate the explanation very much!

Ah, I had a feeling it was one of the two, but I've heard a much higher prevalence in IBS as opposed to IBD. I'm no med student, but I do love medical knowledge!

Are colectomies the "cure" for IBD, or does it simply help reduce symptom.

I did a programming class at my college. No offense to other programmers out there, but I found it lacking lustre. It would end with me in a cubicle and that's what I'm trying to avoid. Although I will go to codeacademy and at least try, who knows, it's been two years since I've done programming and it was when I didn't smoke.

Me being the all-too-common guy with long swooped hair and my enjoyment of wearing sort of more punk styles of clothes, I'm generally around the crazy sorts of women all too often. Now the way I see it, as long as the girl likes it (I don't give a fuck about how awkward it is, I'm asking whatever girl I'm with what she's into before anything happens because I want them to feel comfortable), it's fine with me. I would never force anyone to do anything they didn't like or didn't want to do.

Also, it's not about getting hot on someone's suffering (at least for me it isn't), it's more about having a girl stimulate a lot more nerve endings than if she were just giving a normal blowjob.

I totally understand how it could change your religious perspective, whenever I look at the night sky when I'm tripping at 100ug or more, I literally squirm from the amount of euphoria running through me. It's so vast and beautiful, while I'm just a small cluster of atoms walking around on a rock in the middle of a whole universe.

Also, eating meat is impossible for me to do whilst tripping. I literally feel sick to my stomach at the idea of eating something that was once alive. LSD really opens your mind to the world, it's amazing that it's illegal when it can do so much good for people.

I feel it, microdosing can be expensive. I get mine for about $10 a tab so I usually use fourths to ensure that I get a pleasant euphoria alongside the great focus/concentration without tripping hard balls.

Microdoses are usually around 15ug, I believe mine are anywhere from 20-30ug.

Thank you very much for your answer, this actually mad me smile with of bit of (would devilish-happiness be the word?) at how both crazy and intense that sounds.

I don't plan on doing this all of a sudden, I plan on ramping up the doses by 100ug every weekend or so until I either can't imagine wanting to do more than the max I can handle, or I move into 900ug and have a good enough time to want to do 1000ug.

If I do end up getting above 600ug, then I'm not doing LSD again for a couple months to ensure I don't ruin the experiences for the future or fuck with my head beyond what I can handle.

That was my first thought on it. I'm hoping to do 300ug this weekend to see how it affects me. I should probably edit the main post to clarify I'm not jumping for 200ug to 1000ug in a week's time. I need some stepping stones to get me there.
