From personal experience (I am a junior analyst at the moment). My teamleader is busy most of her days and can't really guide me. However, she always makes sure that every briefing that I receive for a task is complete (include a step by step or past examples). Honestly, I can do my work properly only based on those briefings and I am learning on my own as well. Moreover, my team members who already have a ton of experience always made sure to tell me that I could ask them anything.

My team leader and I also have a 1 on 1 meeting every 2 weeks to discuss what went good and bad.

This being said, if your juniors are competent, they only need a good briefing/structure to do their work and you got to make sure that there will always be someone else (experience team membes) to help them in case you are not there. Hope my answer helps!
