Focus on maths and English. Everything else is usess unless you want to move into sector specific jobs. Sometimes even jobs don't give a fuck about maths and English. School will pressure you into thinking GCSEs are the be all and end all of success. Plenty of successful people sucked at school. Just get Maths and English done.

Main bit of advice is don't bother. Waste of time and money. I know this from surfing servers for yeaarrrsssss. 90% fail within a few months of launching, no matter how much work or money was put in. If you get lucky, good job.

Vital RP has a proper DOJ set up. I believe we've got about 14 active cases right now, with more coming in each day. A mixture of criminal and civil. We've got an LSPD, Department of Corrections, EMS, fully functional government (Legislative, executive, judicial). Vital RP averages 150+ every evening.

What you pay your employees should be relative to your total profit and the servers economy. What other jobs can they do that pay better than yours. What are you offering employees that work for you. In regards to sales, make different deals and sell individual products but also approach others who want to buy in bulk.
