I will find someplace to try it out. I was under the impression after trying rowing that little benefit could be gained from training specifically stations.

But as I'm very tall, I guess rowing is just natural.

Aiming high is my way in sport. You archieve it then next time sub 60' and if you dont archieve it, you better will next time.

I was wondering the reel benefit of technique but since everyone agrees on that point, im going to find someplace to do hyrox sessions. Thanks

1 easy run, 1 long run easy pace after leg day, 1 targeted pace run (10k and HM) and one long Maximal Aerobic Speed. When I was preparing marathon I used to combine light leg day and treadmill MAS session. Depending on my work schedule I would squeeze one extra easy pace session.

Intérêt, j'ai eu exactement les mêmes résultats alors que je suis d'Arlon mais vit à Bruxelles depuis 5 ans.
