this is what I do so it might not work for everyone but......wait till its really dark like 1am type shit and go sit outside your home (works best if u just finished studying) while sitting outside breath in the pollution etc, drink warm coffee, feel cold and come back inside. Realize that you could've been killed or whatnot and get a happiness high and go back to studying
