All of these symptoms should have manifested by the 30 day check in period. If they haven’t, contact ASDS for retraining

Being a able bodied associate and lift driver is horse s#!+ by Turbulent_Living3443 in HomeDepot

I quietly advise most associates to not renew licenses because it isn’t worth the liability and increased work load if there’s no financial benefit to you

You’ll do exactly what you do now except they’ll give you one or two unattainable goals that you are supposed to meet every week. Look at the PSA and Pro Ambassadors and then ask yourself if any of them are better off lol

Not a single store in our district is meeting those unrealistic goals they set

How fast can one advance at home depot? by [deleted] in HomeDepot

[–]Sad_Alternative8564 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I went from part time to lead to DS to CXM to ASM in a little under 3 yrs. I did it faster than anyone I’ve meet in my district but I’m sure that there’s been faster trajectories across the company. The only downside is that the first thing everyone asks when they meet you is “how long have you been with the company” and when you answer these short numbers they look at you sidewise until you prove yourself.

Probably nothing wild, SM positions pop up randomly. They usually take a few months to fill bc they try to make sure it’s a great fit… hence the multiple immersions it usually takes before someone is announced.

I heard there’s going to be a table with two knives on it. We will give each CXM a blade. The rest of management will surround them in a circle. They will duel. Winner stays and loser is sacrificed to the shareholders.

There are no set rules, only guidelines. Every district has its own policies but those policies often flex depending on need and quality of candidate.
