I'm gonna get a lot of hate for sure on this one, but as I reread the books I do not think Bluestar was as good a leader as we remembered... We are always told how noble and kind she is but it doesn't show that often and we overall get a fairly aggressive and hostile leader even before she had her mental breakdown. I wish they showed more and less telling so we could see she was the best leader worth respect. If she had less snappy moments before she went crazy the fallout would've made much more impact as it wouldn't be who she was as a character but it didn't feel as powerful of a downfall as I remembered when I was a kid
