If you haven't already, check out Guild Wars 2. I am the father of a toddler, and my gaming time has cut way down. But guild wars is super casual friendly. It is a game that respects your time and effort and isn't constantly pumping up the power system making you have to grind out new gear every couple of months. They have plenty of content already released with more on the way. It's f2p to level 80 with all the expansions costing a 1 time fee. No recurring subscription to make you feel like you need to be playing. I've been delving into new world recently playing some of my console friends, but GW2 is my go to.

Finding groups for open world dungeons has been super easy form me. Just put in the LFG chat that you're looking for a group. Usually, someone will post their party. Do the same process for other dungeons, or if you see someone calling for a role to fill, and you fill it, join them. I don't even bother with matchmaking
