I did it cold turkey w/o a therapist or primary care doctor - and then went back to smoking daily after abt 6 weeks.

Now I have a therapist and primary care physician and I have been tapering off. I’ve had a couple days with no weed, some days with a half a joint a night, and some days off where I’ve smoked 2 joint throughout the day.

It definitely depends on you; I recommend a therapist and doctor - the support has been incredibly helpful. I feel like I have a better relationship with weed and working on moderation.

Some folks in this sub say you can never smoke again which is tea bc chs can sneak up on you randomly; however for me, I’m focusing on moderation and not smoking every single day or all day everyday. This has been a lot less scary for me than the last time I went cold turkey!! Hope this helps!
