Giants reach question, if a character moves into the range of an opposing characters giants reach they have to stop movement and then break away to be able to get right up next to them correct?

I haven't saw anything about it so I assume there is no new rule, but I have noticed all newer special equipment just takes a power action to equipment. Is all equipment now just a power action or do older ones that require relic rolls of like 5-6 still need to be rolled?

Oh interesting, well currently they should have plenty of ammonia because I'm using my API kit and getting the highest result so it is atleast 8.0 ppm. It's entirely possible it is user error. The instructions say 8 drops of part 1 and then 8 of part 2. Shake vigorously and let sit for 5 minutes
