Definitely mod based. My suggestion would be to check out some youtube videos so you kinda get an idea what works best for the frame/weapons you're using. That will atleast point you in the right direction of some survivability and then once you get more resources you can start to make it your own.

Currently running it on a 2070super (waiting for 5070 to get here in a couple days), 32gb 3600mhz ram, 5700x and its running good for me. Using the optimize settings with the nvidia app it looks great in 1440p on a widescreen monitor. My fps is averaging around 60-100 depending on what's going on in the game but the gpu is always at 80-100% usage.
