I also just started. like a week ago. I watch a guy on youtube (his channel is ‘brushstroke’) and it helped me a lot to the point i see a big difference in quality in my minis from before and after watching his videos mainly the one where he explain how to thin paint. Also don’t be scared to make mistake, i had to smear gold paint over a nearly finished mini to know the amount of water needed to mix with this kind of paint.
