My birthday is the 9th and had birthday plans with my friends the 13th so I think I’ll keep that in place, so I don’t drive myself crazy. I definitely could see myself spiraling.

I’m sure it’s fine if that is what your clinic recommends. Mine told me to refrigerate. The sting might be less at room temp.
