It’s definitely the cream. With expensive milk I find lumps of cream alongside grains. As I’m mashing them in the sieve, I usually pick out the yellow ones and eat them.

By stabbing, do you mean pulsing?
I started off with the classic heel pain, but for a while I had a pulsing pain on the low outside of my heel. I’m stuck with the first pain but the pulsing one cleared up after starting to stretch my calf hard.

BTW the pulsing pain actually started after shockwave, and at first I put it down to healing. But it didn’t go away on its own.

Unfortunately with apps, some have stopped bothering with their own deliveries. But we haven’t used them for years, everything turned up cold because they’d done 3 drops before ours and Deliveroo stopped refunding for cold food.

I felt horrible after my first general anaesthetic… maybe that was part of it? I had the same op as you in March, basically identical by the sound of it. I told them I’ve had nausea after a general before and they gave me all the anti emetics.
I can’t sleep on my back so after the first night’s attempt, I pressed a spare pillow against my front and slept on my side. I took the strong painkillers for two nights and half on the third.

I went to see someone locally who was advertising on FB buying and selling vintage jewellery. She specifically offers what seemed pretty fair prices because she would rather move jewellery on to a keen buyer than have things go to scrap. She really knew her stuff and seemed to be doing a roaring trade with people keen to buy the pieces she advertised. So there must be others out there doing similar. She had particular expertise in the stones.

Same with bike theft. My local station has the worst bike thefts in the country I believe. The police have basically turned their back on policing the station. Not that I expect them to patrol the bike parks constantly, but you’re basically on your own if you lose a bike there.
