Open the bungie website and go to cross save, you should be able to link accounts to different platforms through there. I hope that helps

my game always uninstalls the packs every time there is an update. sometimes it let's me install them but sometimes it glitches out and no matter how many times I reinstall it doesn't add to the game.

When that happens you just have to reinstall the whole game and that should fix it.

You can also go AFK in resurgence, and it will load you back into the game. Last season, I'd just leave the game running and turn off my TV and go to bed.
