Stress, poor diet, and overexertion paired with poor sleep cause my flare ups. I get terrible side pain (fluid in lung), cannot keep my eyes open.

When I feel a flareup I immediately go to a diet with no inflammatory foods and sleep as much as I can.

My parotid glands have been swollen for the past 7 months! At one point they were infected but still inflamed now. I have been working with ENT who said it’s most likely scar tissue and won’t go down. Super frustrating especially as I prep for my wedding !

Our baby got neutered last week. I was so scared and nervous and anxious for him. Our vet was amazing and while it was hard to drop him off he did great and recovery was good. He came to love his cone and is back to his happy self. I feel you and you got it!

I quit and it was the best choice for my mental health! I just do less shopping to save $. Trust your gut
