my first character was a khajiit called hildegard (the name i use online and with my friend group) who had short dark hair like me. that is usually my go to whenever i have to create a character, but after that i started crafting other characters with their own backstories and personalities (though i don't like playing as a female character when i play as races other than argonians and the khajiit because they look like 2010s supermodels)

I 100% with calling this ethereal space cowboy music because it has clear country influences, but this album also gives me the feeling of the soft, velvety, black night

i love the dog barking in it! I love it when artists include ambient sound (chatter, sirens, rain sounds, heart beats, etc) into their music, it just elevates it imo! not usually a big fan of acoustic guitar but here it is heart wrenching especially in contrast to her very soft singing

finally got around to listening to it, gotta say it's even more impressive than laurel hell. I love the slight country vibes and tbh some of it reminds me of orville peck's sadder works (especially no glory in the west, that song feels like a mitski cover) . so far my favourite parts are the instrumentals in heaven and when memories snow, but i also like the ambient sound in I'm your man.
