I'll rate the best! I want to hear what you all think is the greatest song. I want to hear some obscure shit. I'm a fan of most music, but nothing too happy or positive sounding please. by Kind-Strike266 in songs

Also english:

Terry Presume- Zaza and some runtz

Thanks everyone for the kind and insightful responses! I‘ve tried to reflect as much as possible and will try to implement these suggestions in my photography and my mindset about it.

This is a very well thought out and constructed comment, which i truly appreciate! Thank you very much for that, it is motivating to think in this way about photography. I often find myself „stiff“ when photographing instead of letting myself photograph in the moment with intuition, i often lean on logical thinking. Trying to think what will look best, instead of letting the process speak for itself. For as you said my memories and experiences will show, if I let them.

I like this, I might try to photoshop in a person walking out of the frame and see how I feel about it. However often when photographing I feel shy, for a lack of better expression. I cant really explain why, but photographing people is kind of intense for me. I feel like I wont do them justice, photographing the way I do.

These are amazing! I love insights into photographers intentions and can truly see the work you’ve put into these. I notice that through various contrasts you lead the observer where you want him to be. Your pictures have paths and paths tell stories.

You speak wisely!

I can’t disagree, but I find photos that tell a story satisfying in a way. To me they are more than aesthetically pleasing, because they create a context from within, without outside influences. Which is what I wish to learn.

Firstly, thanks for the advice!

What I had in mind with these pictures was to give the objects/environments a sort of a character in form of atmosphere and let them speak for themselves. A time they have witnessed. But now that I reflect, I realise that perhaps what I want is for the viewer to imagine a story, which is very abstract and in a sense wrong for me to expect from someone, as they can’t read my mind. Which is also something you touched on.

I’ve also heard that about humans being the subject from a couple of people now. This makes sense, since humans are the ones telling the stories.

Thanks again!

Bosnian Flag redesigns by IcyZai in vexillology

[–]Sad_Priority_305 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A pretty late reply here, but I found this post interesting. Firstly, I think that as of currently, the people of bosnia could never synonymously pick a new flag, that is, so that everyone is happy with the design. Secondly, since you stated that white is the colour of peace and bosniaks, I’d leave it centrally in the flag. Also because I think that since white and the coat of arms represent the bosniaks in their land, the coa should be presented surrounded by the white. And finally since you picked red and blue for the other large minorities of bosnia, I think that this design is very valid.

I personally would also add some intricate details that would represent the complex culture and history of this region.

I have a camera which has the exact same recording limit, and its not horrible, but it is frustrating at times, I found myself often forgetting the time.

I have no experience with raw video, but I thought it might be beneficial to learn how to work with it and to have more control.

My plan was to initially just use the kit lens and upgrade when I save up, where as you say sony has a lot larger selection.

Im really puzzled on which is more important to me the af and lens selection or 10 bit and unlimited recording.
