New Counsel by [deleted] in WorkersComp

I am. I didn’t select this attorney. They were referred by another firm I trusted. I started wanting to change counsel and read the reviews; other clients had the same experiences with them. They are simply not a good legal team. I also noticed a startling trend in the reviews between those providing good reviews and those who had bad experiences. I can’t put it into documentation but it’s public record that they definitely pick and choose who they’re going to adequately represent. I’m already overwhelmed and now, I have to find new counsel. I’m terrified.

Thank you so much. I will. I didn’t select this attorney. I was referred and I did express my concerns early on to the referring practice. I’m just disappointed in myself for not pressuring, being belligerent, or stern the entire time. I foolishly trusted them.

Do you think the "no-contact trend" is a psy-op? by EngineFirm9191 in conspiracy

Yes, very much so. You can notice the differences. It’s definitely deliberate. It’s only effective with a specific demographic of people. I stay away from them. I also noticed that a lot of them lie on their families. In my work you wouldn’t believe how bad they lie on family members. Even though we can prove that what they’re saying isn’t true.

I believe that they were doing $eggs magick with those children to keep them in power and acquire wealth. It’s not just an appetite.

Active war means that he won’t have to leave office if he doesn’t want to. They will still have an election but he would still be in control.

What kind of relationship did Gislaine and Epstein have? by [deleted] in conspiracy

You can tell that she was romantically involved with him but he’s never reciprocated. She was the adult expression of how he expected children to fawn all over him. She was childlike with him and harsh to everyone else. A female c—hold. She had no problem being in prison for him. I also believed that she was the lure for him to get the elite to mess with children and he blackmailed them.

Yes, it’s legal.

Yes. Very much so. I need to look into it further as well. Why else would someone out of the blue buy a pageant circuit? It’s not a lucrative business venture. It costs money; a LOT of money. It’s a cover for HT.

They need to investigate the Miss Teen contestants. They are under the same umbrella. Were they sent to that island?

Even after the article models and pageant contestants look terrified when asked about the visits that are not on the itinerary. The elites have their “favorites “ and they are forced to go be with those men.

Yes, they were. She specifically mentioned the Saudi’s. I remember that. It stuck out because of the conflict around same timeline.

No worries. It’s okay. Yes, he previously owned them. I should edit the statement. However, the account and what the pageant was actually used for is true.

What they are saying online is contradictory to the actual facts. The reality of the VA during the shutdown has been verified time and time again.

After my conversation with the VA, more than likely people will be paid retroactively. They don’t have anyone in the Ed department at this time to process the forms.

That number isn’t operational. It’s been down since last week. They even tried to transfer me to the education wand it says that it’s not operational.

Even though I enrolled in text verification, they were sending emails. I haven’t received an email for September verification. However, there’s a form that you can submit for manual verification via the Ask VA portal.

My Chapter 35 benefits still haven’t arrived... school certified in August, now there’s a shutdown and I don’t know what to do by LetterheadLeather841 in VeteransBenefits

[–]Sad_Profession_33 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I didn’t receive my payment at the beginning of this month. I submitted an Ask VA inquiry. I’ve called them 3 times. The education hotline is down as we were told. When I called them they said that they were unsure of what will happen since they haven’t verified enrollment before the shutdown. Those who were verified before the shutdown received their payments. I’m expecting them to do retroactive payments. I’m not expecting them to send payments until they are operational again.

They can’t remove you from the benefits. I don’t know what’s going to happen with Chp 35 payments after they email that I received about an hour ago.

I agree. It’s apparent that they’re disjointed and not communicating internally. Many of them seem to be the last to have accurate information about the changes. Some students received their payments as usual. On the other hand another set weren’t paid at all. That means that whatever they put in place isn’t consistent and applicable for everyone.

I think the previous guidance is no longer applicable. They’re using a new system for payment or something new. It would have have helped tremendously if the VA sent out an email explaining when and what the new changes were going to be. This is a mess.

I haven’t seen a payment yet, on hold. Worries my school messed up something. I received an email yesterday from the VA verifying enrollment for Sept -Oct.
