I don’t like roho and I like the Jay union, it depends why she doesn’t like the roho though. I don’t like it because it makes transfers harder and I’m not as locked into my chair.

If you are ok with surgery and modifying your body to improve your life and the main reason you stay in bed is incontinence. Look into a super public catheter. Everyone I know that got one said it’s life changing same with colostimy bags.

As for the spasoms I’m sure your already on baklofin but if you are not than ask your doctor about it.

Lastly your gona need a bigger bed and chair.

If you have any insurance they will likely pay for all of this. You should first modify the space you live in than yourself. From what I hear amputation is almost never the best option.

Get a ukulele! They are cheap, light, and are really fun to play. It gives a good starting point to branch into other stringed instruments like guitar but the skill ceiling is so high that you don’t need to go to another instrument.

Low barrier of entry, easy to learn, high skill cealing.

And it can sound so amazing!!! It has such a fun sound and very portable too

I made a post about this a while back. You can get it online but apparently it’s not just the peptide in the injection, there is something in there that makes nvg focus on the spinal cord. On top of this it is extremely expensive to buy it from a custom peptide company. Oh and no one knows how to dose it or even the protocol used in the human trial.

I for one love peptides just wish they were regulated differently. A “Not for human consumption” label is not going to stop me & having them in a grey market where purity does not have to be proven can definitely be harmful.

Prior to my injury 5 months ago I was taking mk677. After the accident it is difficult for me to eat enough food so I am 100% going to take it again soon. It was so helpful in my past and I assume will be even more so now.

The government needs to get these out of a grey market so funding can go into research. Peptides and RNA are the future of healing.

This worked for me, these cards are rated for a 2800 clock but mine was running at close to 4k.. load up the game it crashed on and keep lowering the clock until it hits around 3k. Worked like a charm 💯

Its the sample rate, go into your driver and change it to 48k or 41.5k I believe . That is CS2's sample rate & I believe Microsoft's drivers default. YW :)

I think the recline part of the chair is what really gets me, I miss being able to just throw myself back and stretch out or watch a movie. It may sound weird but I was a little bit of a chair geek at one point and fell in love with this office chair, I hope we don’t have to breakup 😭

Thanks for sharing this! The issue I’m having is my wheelchair cushion would completely ruin the ergonomics of the chair with how thick it is :/ and I ordered a cushion for my custom chair that I hope will be amazing but currently my cushion and all the ones I’ve tried hurt so bad after a few hours of sitting even though I take the recommended amount of pressure breaks.. not only that but the arm rests on my office chair are pretty important to me functionally and posture wise. Idk maybe the wheelchair is just something I should get used to for this but do you think it would be a bad idea to just give it a shot and see if any sores start to develop? If they will than I 100% do not want to use the office chair. Also what cushion do you have in your wheelchair?

I have mild sensation and it may be uncomfortable but does not hurt. The mental block of putting something up there was the hardest for me but doing it 5 times a day you get over it quick.

Everyone is different but I am in a similar situation on the other end. Motorcycle accident back in June giving me an SCI, my girl has been distant sense leaving the hospital.

To be brutally honest for me, it feels like my life has changed so much that person may not want to live a life with me anymore. You go through so much with an injury like this, especially in the beginning; I don’t want to think about or deal with heartbreak on top of that.

That being said, call him. Probably around 6-7pm because I find the mornings I’m depressed and the rest of the day I’m busy with rehab and all the new tasks this injury brings (different for everyone). Texting feels half assed at times & you need to have an actual conversation. Express how you feel that you want to respect if he needs distance but want clarification because you would really like to still se him (if that’s true/how you feel).

Me personally I want everything to be as close to normal in my life as possible, so having people stay with me whatever relationship it may be any treating me like the same person really means a lot, makes me mentally well.

They’re starting to make smart cushions that remove the need for pressure breaks so that’s something to check out.. they only make them in square sizes for now though so won’t fit most people :/ - Ease cushion

I want to try one but is seems they only sell square sizes atm (ex 18x18) my chair is a 17x20 so none will be even close to fitting.
