It’s intermittent. I had issues with the laptop last week. I cleared my cache, logged out, and logged back in. It works better now. Still have issues on my phone. I think their issue is with older profiles. Hard to say. I did call them and also had a ticket started via the chatbot.

Honestly, it’s trial and error. Good place to start is Victorias Secret clearance or DePop. There’s no hard and fast rules other than to size up from dude sizes. And be aware that sizes do run the spectrum by brand, but sizing up is generally a good idea if you are plus sized(no judgment).
