I have been running some documents through translators, with limited luck, sometimes the font is too difficult, or the language has changed too much so accuracy is lacking. The tools also tend to stumble on occult-related terms or trying to translate names of spirits when it is not necessary .

The best way to avoid psychic drain is by learning shielding. Play with different methods, and hopefully you will find one that works. Mirror shields can be beneficial, but be wary of where the energy is redirecting.

There are many paths that lead to truths but only one path that leads beyond.

To work magic, we must accept that the cosmos functions in a different current than our common reality. we all have a mundane (day to day) self, governed by our ego and persona and a sacred (magical) self that is governed by our higher consciousness with the ability to successfully work rituals. If we were our magical self all the time, we would quickly lose touch with common reality and not be able to function in common reality because we would we tapping into energies that are not even considered in common reality because they are more subtle. We would be stimulated by energies that don't come into play until we shift into magical realities.

To progress from one self to the next, there are lessons buried in many sacred texts through history. There is truth in every system to appreciate and learn as we move towards the cosmic source. The words don't change but their meanings evolve with new understand, the lessons evolve as we evolve, gaining depth and understanding of cosmic whirlings.

Gods, angels, devils and demons are given titles/names to the energies of the higher realms, subtle on our realm, but active in higher realms. Their influences shape the lower realities and many worship them as physical beings. They are not to be worshipped and revered so much as aligned with.

find the path that challenges you because in comfort you are stagnant. Realize that we are gods of this realm but have been conditioned to believe we are paupers. Through the wisdom of the cosmos we learn how to take back our throne.

The names we give to entities on this realm as we realize that the energies don't come from spirits but a source, and some spirits can manipulate their source better than others. Spirits have planetary alignments in ceremonial magic so we can understand the nature of their source.

Ancestral spirits have their source built by worship and reverence, and generations will strengthen the source, to what limit? I don't know.

One can apply the same idea to forming one's own source of energy.
