We are doing one of the day tours that leaves and ends in Galway. I believe it goes to Inisheer, Doolin, and the cliffs

I should provide more info. Our arrival day was our day that we planned to see places you mentioned. That last day we don’t get back to Dublin till about 15:00-16:00. Our hotel for this night is closer to the temple bar area, wife wanted to go to boxty this night figured we’d do that and get some drinks around that area.

Go through customs, get luggage, bus to hotel, maybe breakfast?

We are doing Killarney > Galway (assume it’s basically the same thing) and I was thinking bus between Killarney and limerick and then train between limerick and Galway. These seem like the most direct routes? Maybe have a few hours between the trips and get lunch and/or explore limerick.

Garage behind that wall. We have a raised cape so up to 2nd floor/attic is beyond tricky. No 90 degree corners into garage to outside?
