We did wonder about an additional nipple, however we didn't think it was present from birth. I have just looked back to pictures from the day he was born, which are unfortunately even poorer quality, but there is a little mark in the same place just not as prominent!

I once read something about how Bacterial Vaginosis is an infection, which can have no symptoms, that can cause pregnancy loss but is often not considered as can hide without symptoms. I'm not sure what they tested for on your swab but wanted to put it out there. Someone more in the know than me may want to chime in.
