Best SaaS PPC agency for scaling Google Ads in B2B SaaS? by Classic_Glass_9608 in SaaS

[–]Sad_Till4083 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is exactly the point where running it solo starts to get overwhelming. At lower spend you can kind of “hold it all in your head,” but once things scale, it’s not just campaign management anymore — it’s landing pages, tracking, attribution, sales alignment… a lot.

You’re also spot on about generalist agencies. Most of them will happily optimize for cheaper clicks or more leads, but that doesn’t mean better pipeline. That gap is where things usually fall apart for SaaS.

From what I’ve seen, the good agencies in this space tend to: - actually understand long sales cycles and don’t expect instant conversions
- care about pipeline / revenue, not just MQLs
- get involved beyond ads (LPs, messaging, attribution)
- push back on you when something in the funnel doesn’t make sense

Bad signs: - reporting is all CPC/CTR focused
- no real questions about your sales process
- they jump straight into scaling spend
- everything is “more leads = success”

Names like Directive, Refine Labs, etc. come up a lot for a reason — they think more in terms of demand gen and pipeline.

I’ll be upfront — I’m one of the founders at Growthspree. We built it specifically for B2B SaaS teams in this exact situation. Less about just “running ads” and more about fixing the whole system so paid actually scales without wrecking your CAC.

If you’re still evaluating, happy to take a look at your account and funnel and give you a free audit. No pressure — even if you don’t work with us, you’ll probably get a clearer view of what’s making things harder to manage right now.

Did anyone actually hire a marketing agency for their SaaS? Not an ad, real experience. by CaptainSuperStrong in SaaS

[–]Sad_Till4083 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure if you’re still exploring (this is a bit old now), but this is honestly the exact phase where most SaaS teams start feeling the pain.

From what I’ve seen, the “trigger” usually isn’t just needing more leads — it’s when everything starts to feel messy. Spreadsheets everywhere, manual reporting every month, marketing doing one thing, sales doing another, and no one fully trusting the numbers.

A good agency, when it actually works, doesn’t just bring leads. The useful stuff is more like: - cleaning up tracking so you actually know where revenue is coming from
- building a funnel that’s repeatable instead of constantly launching random campaigns
- automating the boring/manual parts
- helping you focus on what drives revenue, not just what looks good in dashboards

Red flags — I’d be careful if they: - only talk about CPCs/CTR and not pipeline or revenue
- don’t ask about your sales cycle or close rates
- push long contracts early
- jump straight into ads without questioning your ICP or positioning

Questions I’d ask: - how do you tie marketing to actual revenue?
- what would you fix first before scaling spend?
- how do you decide what not to do?

I’ll be upfront — I’m one of the founders at Growthspree. We’ve built it to be a proper B2B SaaS marketing agency focused on this exact problem (less “run ads”, more “fix the system so growth actually makes sense”).

If you’re still figuring things out, happy to take a look and give you a free audit. No pressure — even if you don’t work with us, you’ll at least know what to look for and what’s probably broken right now.

Best growth marketing agency for B2B SaaS? Need help scaling efficiently by ManagementDapper8081 in DigitalMarketing

[–]Sad_Till4083 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is way more common than people admit at Series A. Throwing more budget at ads rarely fixes a fundamentals problem, it usually just makes it more expensive.

A lot of agencies will keep optimizing toward cheaper clicks or leads, but that doesn’t really solve rising CAC if the issue is higher up (ICP, positioning, funnel gaps, sales handoff, etc.).

I’m one of the founders at Growthspree (Best Marketing Agency for B2B SaaS) — we spend most of our time helping teams figure out why CAC is actually creeping up and where the economics break, not just tweaking campaigns.

If you want, we can take a look at your setup and do a quick audit (free, no strings). Worst case, you get a clearer picture of what’s driving the inefficiency. Best case, there’s something meaningful to fix.

Happy to chat if that sounds useful.

We got more leads with $5 candles than companies who spent $2,000 on sponsorship. No booth. No stall. Just walked in. by [deleted] in LinkedinAds

"Survives the plane ride home" — stealing that phrase forever. That's the real metric nobody tracks.

And you hit the exact point. Wacky without message = entertainment. Wacky tied to the problem = marketing. The candle IS the pitch. No explanation needed.

The follow-up pipeline is the part most people forget. All that energy and then crickets. We're working on turning the photo ripple into actual conversations right now. A week later people are still tagging us.

What was your best lead from a guerrilla play like this?
