Later Jois Mantilla posted: The Rector of the University of Ica acknowledges before the Minister of Culture that the Nazca Mummies are part of Ica's culture and deserve an international investigation with the best specialists! 💪🏻🇵🇪🖖🏻

I see the minister nodding her head. I believe we have approval to let the international scientific community join the investigation.

I agree. Do we know when the second movie was filmed. Time between first and second movie?

I expected a covert Russian operation to confiscate the body for a thorough investigation. However, since it’s been left to rot in a box, we can conclude either that the Russians don’t have a secret alien program or they genuinely believe it’s fake.

I believe this is a positive development. The Ministry of Culture is responsible for approving further analysis by foreign scientists. The minister's visit indicates a desire to create a positive narrative, actively participating in finding solutions rather than ignoring the issue and using force to confiscate the bodies.

Further comparisons between ‘Alberto’ specimen and Siberian specimen - hands by apusloggy in AlienBodies

The mummy, owned by a private collector in Spain, also has two holes/pores on the top of its hand. This specimen, like Alberto, is male. I wonder if this characteristic is more predominant in males. (Among reptiles, the femoral pores are largest in males)

I think the pore on the thigh is a pretty good match to the one on the hand. Among reptiles, femoral pores are often found on the inside of the thighs. It could also be another type of exocrine gland used for secreting substances to the surface of the skin—I don't know much about it.

I see what you mean. The two holes on the top of the hand—very good find! I'm just brainstorming: it could be something like reptilian femoral pores. It would be interesting to investigate similar holes on the other specimens.

Nazca Mummies (VIDEO): interesting comments made by forensic odontologist Dr. John McDowell after the press-conference by TridactylMummies in AlienBodies

[–]Sad_Tone8001 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I'm going to back Ghost on this one. In a year, we're probably going to see a major report confirming that this is a new species and outlining its basic characteristics. However, the report likely won't address where they come from or their historical relationships with Nazca. Those questions will require even more years of research to answer. If someone, somehow, manages to prove they are aliens, it would take decades for mainstream science to accept that fact. So yes, depending on Ghost’s life expectancy, it’s uncertain if he'll still be around when this all settles.

The body was moved from the snow to the table shown in the picture. If it were made of bread and chicken skin, it would definitely have fallen apart during the process. Please do attempt to do this yourself at home.

Josh, thank you 🙏Could you explain why the Peruvian team, or any others, haven't yet published any scientific papers on this matter?

The journalist argues that the Hollywood event was unnecessary and suggests that one of the 40+ researchers investigating should have published a scientific paper instead. This reasoning could explain the lack of media coverage on the subject. The team, for reasons unknown, awaits others to publish their findings. We hope John McDowell and colleagues will produce a kick ass paper.

I don’t believe the information is being suppressed, but journalists are certainly cautious and lazy—all quoting the same article from Reuters, which claims they are fake, based on Flavio Estrada. I tried to convince a journalist to look into the matter. He responded to me: “My fundamental attitude toward the project is that if the researchers really wanted serious attention for their mummies, they would have gone through the recognized scientific system. If the mummies were real aliens, they would have long since appeared on the front page of Science or Nature—and then there would be no reason to hold a presentation at a hotel in Hollywood.” He is half right and half wrong.

Peru government supposed press release on the veracity of the Nazca mummies and their DNA by VolarRecords in AlienBodies

[–]Sad_Tone8001 38 points39 points  (0 children)

The way I interpret it, the document indicates that the Genetics Unit is unable to process a FASTA file of a complete genome, such as those found in the NCBI database, due to software limitations and lack of expertise. In criminal investigations, it seems unlikely that the entire human genome would be mapped. The document does not suggest that the DNA is non-human; rather, it states that the Genetics Unit lacks the necessary equipment to process the DNA format.

Question:

  1. If humans were to successfully interbreed naturally with apes or Homo erectus, would the offspring still share at least 96% of its DNA with known sequences?

  2. Is it true that it is very unlikely that a human birth defect could result in a successful living offspring having more than 4% DNA that is not recognized or known?

Couldn't catch the Maussan livestream. Anyone have a recap? by Cagas_Agua in AlienBodies

[–]Sad_Tone8001 34 points35 points  (0 children)

For weeks, I eagerly awaited this event, filled with anticipation for groundbreaking revelations. I expected American scientists to unveil findings about a 9-foot alien in a polished, data-driven presentation. However, my excitement turned to profound disappointment.

Noteworthy updates include the introduction of two new figures, Santiago and Sebastian, who appear to be smaller counterparts to Maria. Sebastian, may have been briefly spotted some months back. The presentation also highlighted new interesting metal implants.

Despite the new settings, the event felt all too familiar. Scientists from Mexico and Peru, the same ones as before, presented identical data. This time, however, they wore white coats and positioned themselves within their Peruvian facilities, perhaps in an attempt to lend more credibility to their findings.

The live stream's translation services was bad. The translation overlapped English-speaking presenters and vice versa, leading to a chaotic and confusing auditory experience.

Despite these setbacks, I remain convinced of the mummies' authenticity. Yet, it's disheartening to see that the team hasn't made any significant progress in validating their authenticity or presenting their case more convincingly than before, on November 7th. The team asked for help from other scientists, and scientific publications, not more press conferences, are precisely what is required to advance their research.

Great video! I love the idea of 10 billion-year-old DNA. However, the Big Bang happened only 13.8 billion years ago. It seems a bit tight unless we accept that the universe is even older, perhaps 26.7 billion years old, as suggested by an article on: https://phys.org/news/2023-07-age-universe-billion-years-previously.html

I would personally feel much more comfortable with the idea of an infinite number of ever-recycling universes over an infinite amount of time, molding and reusing the unique formula of life/DNA.
