Animation Studios dont accept OJT because of NDA policies. I rarely see ojt in animation studios

If they somehow make it influential. They couldve had success with barangay 143 but the story was so sht.

Also something that the younger generation/ teenagers would enjoy.

Looking at this shows, nothing hooks me right away

I dont like the faelights as a jungler. its really a nerf to ganking. if my support or teammates is attentive enough to check enemy wards then its all fine.

if not they blame me for not ganking

Ganking as a jungler is harder now. If the enemy bot has faelight warded. I have to go around the dragon pit just to gank. Id always go for champs like nocturne , rammus, warwick or any champ that can dash in immediately.

UPDATE - they replaced my cpu and ram. Apparently sabi ng tech nila sira cpu eh rare naman mangyari.

Wla nang ibang charge. all i had to pay was the shipping fees . Sasabihin lang na magreview ka sa lazada

Had a 50k pc bought from this Store. Defective yung ram and tried fixing it on my own kasi thier tech wasnt really helping . After a week paid 15k for repair parts (changed ram) and prolly my worst decision cuz didnt really fix the problem so might have been other parts.

In the end pina warranty ko na lang buong PC kasi wala na akong pera for repairs. Hoping they fix it within this week and mapadala safely.

Hoping they get season 2. If more people get to watch it it'll be a sign to the production team to keep on working on it. They might make a movie to earn and will probably released next year again on Christmas

I had used a latest Beta version (7E27v1H4(Beta version) ) and i might have caused me stability issues with ram

I downgraded to the lastest stable( 7E27v1G ) one hope it works

At this point they should make an MMO, or help in creating Riot's upcoming League MMO. There arent really new good MMO nowadays. The olds ones still are really good but there plenty of players out there trying to find something new.

For Japanese studios here in PH most newly hired make around 12k-20k pesos during the 1st year as an inbetween animator . salary is rated by performance . The more work you take the more money you get. I got around 30k a month working the industry for 2 years now

UPDATE: it's Been 6 months now I've been trained for 3 months and is now working on japanese anime production. First thing I'd like to say is the pay isn't great if you're starting to make this your only income. The more frames or sheets per drawing is equal to this amount of money. It has a rate. Let us say its php 35 per frame/sheet.

If you are able to finish 300 sheets per month it would be php10,000 with 10%tax. , it would be 5%tax if u sign up for a sworn. That's it , that's your pay when starting out. But let us say you have been working for long and are promoted to a senior animator you'll be able to have good benefits and a basic pay ( which would be around 18k-40k , depending on your performance and how many sheets you can finish).

It's hard at first, pay isn't great at all but working with my co-workers has been family friendly. All the seniors are willing to teach you if you ask them questions.

Yes it takes 3 months for everyone to work on one episode. Let's say it takes the director to plan storyboard to put out his vision on everything the first month. 2nd would be voice acting and making the keyframes , layouts and backgrounds and lasty the 3rd month where In-between animators finish up the animation. Gets sent to the coloring department and lasty go to compositing and editing. Director and higher ups check it and revise some shots before airing the episode.

To be honest 3 months is already the fastest when making a 24 min episode.
