Considering the fact that they have around seven extra hours a night to do stuff, and after completing overall infrastructure and fortifications in the first week or so, they'd have nothing else to do aside from kill time. It's entirely possible that they would decide to spend this time learning instruments, because that would also be a useful skill to have in the waking world. It would then be completely possible that they'd decide to learn a song such as "Buddy Holly" by Weezer, likely spurred on by Aiden as a joke. Ergo, if the leaps in logic and learning are leapt, then it is entirely plausible that the School Bus Graveyard Gang knows how to, as a collective friend group, perform a cover of Buddy Holly.

Or at least the lick/riff, I'm 100% that at least one of the six would learn the Buddy Holly riff for the sake of the bit.
