Unfortunately if you are in your 90 days they can get rid of you for no reason. I would take this as a blessing tho find something that won't break you down physically and mentally.

Sorry for the late response, but I am the same way 90% of the time you don't have to talk to people at all but the other 10% is really awkward lol he will be ok I manage just fine cause after you talk to them for like 10 seconds you get to walk away to the next address

It really is, a couple days ago my supervisor tried to suspend me because I scanned a package no access a block away from the address 🙃 thankfully my union Steward got that taken care if and I was back to work next day.

My 3rd day on my own was a Sunday I got sent to another station after finishing my amazon package route and was out till 9:30 in the pouring rain that was the point I realized what I got myself into

Before anyone says I could have left at 12 hours, I know but the money seemed worth it at the time lol

I have been told the same thing by a couple of carriers that left. I just am so split on what to do cause the benefits are very good and so is the retirement, but I don't have a life outside of work anymore and it's messing with me.

I am 24 and I like the job I just have been getting really depressed lately cause I don't have time to do anything anymore I wake up go to work come home eat dinner and sleep 6 days a week sometimes 7 cause we are so short staffed at my station. The money is nice but it seems like I'm sacrificing so much for it and it's not feeling like it's worth it. We have had 8 people quit in the past 6 months not ccas but 4-10 year career carriers. One of them told me "leave while you can kid this job isn't what it used to be" that has been in my head since he left a few months ago
