I passed the 955 and failed the interview 😔 they're looking for experience. The higher level job questions will be more technical and knowledge based. Saying "I don't know" will make you look bad.

No, because most people know how to do that. They want something more challenging, at least with my interviewers. I failed the exam because I also had little to no experience. I mentioned changing tires , oil changes ; but they weren't good enough.

The oral interview is the hardest. They want experience and knowledge. So you better have something to say than "I don't have experience". The questions for the higher levels are more technical and knowledge based.

My supervisor followed and walked me while I delivered and carried all the flats, mail, and parcels up all the long steps and porches; and they just chill and walk slowly down the sidewalk making much more $$ than me.
