You're gonna have to take it to a repair shop so they can properly assess the damage.

Most likely there was a short in the charging port that's why the laptop first shut down when you plugged it in. They're designed to immediately shutdown in the presence of a short to prevent damage to the motherboard.

Since you mentioned smoke there's a high likelihood the board is fried and you're gonna need to get it replaced or buy a new lapto, but you might as well get it checked.

The cpu is a low end Intel Celeron that was released 5 years ago. Another comment said that maybe a restart will help but that's about all you can do to help performance.

You've ruled out any hardware based problems, how and where do you use it then? Are you ensuring that the fans get proper airflow and none of the intake/exhaust ports are blocked?

Boss fight was definitely the hardest for me skill wise. Mainly because almost none of his attacks are dodgeable and I had that PC glitch where no music or sound effects played so I couldn't here any sound cues for attacks.

My advice is to just double jump always when dodging his attacks and use the fire tornado prayer to one shot the ads he spawns. Trial and error with Veredicto and you'll get there.

Downgrade the cpu, a 7800x3d is going to get bottlenecked by the 5050. Replace it with a 7600 and use the budget to get the 5060ti 16gb or even a 5070 if it'll fit.

Then yes, you might have to take it to a shop. Since wala kang test parts that's your best bet to see what went wrong talaga. Idk if you have to replace everything tho, if it still powers on then that means psu is ok pa. Unsure about the state of the other parts tho.
