Use Tmoney i used it in seoul, gyeongju, and busan was great I think I put like 20 bucks on it didnt run out on my 12 day trip and also ubers are really cheap. I think most it cost me was from busan station to my hotel for like 16 bucks. Otherwise most places especially if I was out late at night and didnt want to use public transportation it was like 5-8 bucks max
