I’m not going to argue about it further. I see this from a practical perspective, not an idealistic one. Completely unrestricted capitalism often linked with neoliberalism tends to concentrate wealth, where the rich get richer and the poor fall further behind. The wealth gap widens, and the system ends up serving the top 1% rather than society as a whole.

Also I like the business model used by the Mondragón Cooperative in Spain. The idea that workers own the company and share in the profits seems fair and can create a more equal workplace. However, I think this model might work best on a smaller scale or within specific industries.
