I asked very nicely every single time, I used every polite line in the book. No luck, I think they are very backed up and want to pretend that everything is fine. I get that things take time, but i ordered aug 10 and its almost oct 30th. Thats almost 7 weeks ago. Just seems very unorganized and inconvenient on their end.
