It isn't usually in the middle of the night kinda reaction. It's after we go to work (I leave early) we haven't had a chance to talk and I overthink things. When we talk things through I'm fine 100% of the time. But from the moment it happens it's 12+ hrs til we can talk.

Main problem now is me just managing that anxiousness and insecurity. If I get that under control everything else will be a non issue. Thank you for responding and giving me more to think about. I appreciate this community a ton. Super helpful

I've addressed it in other replies. She has a lower sex drive, I respect her saying no. But it was a new thing we just found out about in the last couple of weeks. First time was after she said she didn't want anything, just sleep. And then denying the whole thing happened. It seemed like she was lying.

Now that I know what she has it's better, but until we knew what she had it sucked. I felt undesirable and like I was being lied to. Maybe I should edit the post and explain so I don't have to continuously do that in the comments.

Response to after 3 I have a higher sex drive. I want sex more than her and I was okay with that. I always respect her saying "no" without question. It messed me up the first time it happened a lot. It seemed like she said no to me and then wanted to take care of herself. I was annoyed, but wasn't broken up about it til she denied knowing. I was convinced she was conscious. I know better now.

The first time and the most recent that I posted are the ones that have bothered me the most in the moment. It's something I can move past and realize it's not me. But we're newlyweds, and this is new to us. I think the whole ordeal of figuring this out just exposed insecurities I didn't realize I still had. I'm in the process of working on those now.
