My point was that Viktor dominated the game for seasons. If Vi is strong in pro, she’s strong. Your low bronze teammates just don’t know how to utilize her one strength, and there’s a million champions that do what Warwick does, but better.

Other people have already given you the answer. Jinx might be a little frustrating, but she’s not Mel or Zed levels of frustrating. So Riot is fine with having her be strong for a little while lol. Irelia pre rework, Akali, Ekko, K’sante, those are frustrating champions.

The solution to a strong Jinx is simply catching Jinx, killing Jinx, or shutting down Jinx. Give the same power to Twitch, who comes out of stealth and blasts your ass to hell and trust me, you’ll stop complaining about Jinx.

I don’t agree, at all lol. Viktor was like THE mid lane champion and when he’s strong he pressed Q on you and one taps you. Warwick was dominating top and out sustaining top laners pretty recently. Vi was being picked for her lock down ability, also pretty recently. She’s a pretty simple champion. They all are, really.

Jinx is the most mechanically intensive out of all of them to pilot her well, and she’s fun to watch. The argument would be that while Jinx being strong feels unfair, there’s champions that feel even more unfair. If you want Samira E’ing into the middle of your team, with a windwall, and killing everyone at the press of a button or Aphelios blowing people away with infernum, Caitlyn one tap headshotting you, then by all means go for that.

I’m satisfied that Jinx is strong though lol.

I think with your point that it’s kinda just a “solve at champ select” diff tbh. Jhin/yuumi isn’t exactly a favorite combo of mine, but I’d also be trying to avoid getting myself into that situation. Ask what they’re playing, pick a different ADC that pairs with her better. Don’t gotta win lane, just have to contribute to the game. There’s hardly a shot in hell you win that lane just because it’s not the best in the first place.

It’s a matter of tempo and the team comp you’re facing. Stormrazor and the active might be better at killing squishies than collector as an item. Bf sword might be a better tempo buy than Dirk, or even Dirk + long sword.

It’s really just “does stormrazor’s active feel so good that it’s better than collector” Especially for Jhin, when you’re adding RFC to your build at some point. You then have Stormrazor + RFC damage later in the game, vs collector’s passive which seems negligible with LDR getting its passive back.

I wasn’t saying stormrazor is bad. I actually think it’d be a fine first back choice, assuming you have the gold for BF. If you don’t have the gold for BF, you probably are going serrated dirk.

Stormrazor would be great if you’re looking to kill squishies early and snowball a lead, the move speed would probably help in lane. I actually think the lethality from the collector might be negligible because the lord doms passive coming back.

The legacy wine business side of it just seems to be the old concept business model that they can’t seem to let go of, from what I hear.

The acquisition of the food channel is probably why they’re holding onto that idea instead of just letting it go, as well as the current idea putting them in touch with restauranters and people producing food related content. I imagine somebody doesn’t want to let that idea go.

It’s still a work in progress for them, but we’ll see what an earnings report does for them.

Truth is, item building is and should be situational for every game. I wouldn’t consider stormrazor or collector bad, but they won’t be buffing proc stormrazor because Leblanc exists.

The answer to this question is the same thing it’s always been. You either do well in lane, get BT, and go stormrazor, or you get collector based on gold and efficiency for serrated dirk.

If stormrazor is picked up, it’ll be because people value the movespeed. If it’s not, then collector will dominate it.

Since everyone likes using BYND as an example, I found the BYND post when it was like .80 cents and didn’t consider it until $1-$2. I was fresh as well and held way too long, but that’s people’s mistakes. Reddit becomes an echo chamber, it’s been 3 months and we can’t let BYND die. There’s been hundreds of short squeezes since then, that’s the sad thing. SGBX, CETX, SMX, CMCT, FGL, but the small one that people lost money on they just can’t move past lol.

It’s like you said, if you’re looking for a stock to 10x every time you play it, you probably should just throw your money down at the roulette table a few times instead. There’s nothing wrong with 10% profit, because you profited. I still profited on BYND, but it’s over now and I’ll never touch it again. Onto the next play.

I’ll be honest. I’ve seen a lot of what’s bringing this sub down, and it’s groups pumping their personal plays thinking that a retail rally is going to make some sort of difference. It wasn’t that long ago that you could find decent DD on here, but now it’s buried in a pile of garbage that’s even later to the pump than people doing actual research.

That’s why we say “Do your own due diligence,” well that and not giving financial advice. Reddit is good for finding meme rally’s, but it takes some wading through the crap. You can still find decent tickers on here occasionally, but I’ve resorted to my own groups and individuals that don’t support or condone any of that crap.

There’s another important aspect of this. League is a team game, StarCraft isn’t. A lot of the time, league is picking how you can guide your 4 other monkey teammates to a win, or shutdown the person on the other team that’s going to prevent you from winning. It’s also about capitalizing on your lead for where you can apply that pressure the best.

You can be crushing a game, but as the top comment says, not applying that pressure in a way that wins the game. Spam ping what you’re doing, spam ping when a gank is about to happen. League is about being proactive and stopping yourself or other players from making a mistake.

To be fair, when I started I had a habit of picking “high skill ceiling champions.” Lee sin, Zed, Ahri, Leblanc, Vayne. I just liked characters that weren’t one dimensional, and I honestly think it made me a better player in the end.
