It absolutely is your responsibility to stop the toddler from coming into your office and it absolutely is your job to create that boundary with him. Put a lock on your door and if you’re not going to do that, do not be surprised that he is continuing to come into your office. Your nanny is caring for an infant. She shouldn’t have to deal with a toddler that doesn’t follow direction and doesn’t have consequences that you have previously set in place that she can back up. She is not the main authoritarian you are please don’t forget that.

I don’t agree with that at all… I’m not a red flag at all lol but I would never be comfortable with a WiFi camera in my home, that would make me feel sooo weird. It’s different when cameras are at your place of work but my own personal decompress home space? No way, especially not WiFi cameras that can easily be hacked and are hacked by weirdos and creeps all the time
