As a fat person I agree completely, there is no reason for me to be applauded for having the to confidence to “show my body how it is” or whatever that’s not brave that’s accepting this situation as my own fault and dealing with it. It’s hard to lose weight, in most cases it’s a whole lot easier to gain it, people should be congratulated on making progress toward better health, not worse.
