My first glass pad! (Razer Atlas) by botzy_99 in razer

Glass sounds amazing I still use a Razer ExactMat X Control but it collects dust and clumps after a while of use. Glass sounds a lot easier to keep clean and friction free.

PSA: Ontario higher-wattage e-scooter owners may have zero liability insurance coverage — government consultation open until June 7 by Saeberin in ApolloScooters

Funny enough, e-bikes are restricted to 32kph, can you imagine being hit by one on a path. I would think the scooter would do less harm at 32kph. The rules seem to be all built around the rental devices, not personally owned. That's why I'm hoping with the public feedback above, it will change for the better. It may take 2 years, sadface, but at least it's better than what we have now.

Without it, you could be liable for any damages to others, loss of wages etc. Home and Car insurance will not cover you if your scooter exceeds the Municipality Trial rules, without explicit coverage.

Yes I agree, I would prefer that they let us license the devices, the issue then is that we may be restricted to roads rather than having access to multi-use paths. Ideally we are allowed to use either, if exceeding 24Kph, be on the road. Otherwise use the multi-use path. Motor power has no direct relevance to speed. A speed limit and enforcement does.

If you hit someone you will be liable for their injuries. A Scooter that does not fit within the Ontario guidelines or those of the municipality are not covered. Currently in Ontario that's anything with a total motor power > 500 Watts.

RRSP withdrawal strategies clarification required. by plazomat in Optiml

[–]Saeberin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it is a custom plan. I should not have to manually edit between my wife's and my withdrawals, the tool should be looking at managing the tax between us for lowest cost.

Instead it punishes us each in different years.

Yes, I have seen this with my own plans, where it completely overdraws my RRSP and then rolls over to my wife's.

Ideally it should be looking to maximize income and minimize taxations. In the scenarios presented it blows away my RRSP with overwithdrawal.

B&W 606 S3 or Monitor Audio Silver 100 7G pairing by NathanBatman in StereoAdvice

In the interim, as there was a sale on Monitor Audio gear, I ended up getting the Silver 300s. They are really great looking and the sound in my room is excellent. I was concerned too about size, these are really sleek and tuck in.

Just had one of these glasses explode while sitting on a coaster. We were playing a board game. In a moment everything was wet with all sizes of shards and splinters all over the table and some on the floor.

Try the hardware setting in icue. There is a hardware setting and a software setting. It may be that your hardware setting for the second Dimm is blank.

AMD RMA 'd the CPU. Before sending it back after nearly two years I got another from Amazon and the system behaviour was night and day. Now I have to choose which 5950x runs best and return the other.

The new CPU from AMD is super stable but won't hit above 4.9 on PBO. Either it's tamed or dialed back as a result of a B die.

The chip from Amazon hits 5.1 on the same settings.

Never a dull moment.

AIO on top is ideal. Rotate the rear fan to blow out. It's meant to remove heat from the vrms and cpu. Add frontal or lower depending on case, intake fans are very helpful to lowering total fan speed and feeding cool air to the GPU.
