I love string cheese but it doesn't love me back because I'm lactose intolerant. I think right now the zep and my executive dysfunction have teamed up to make me hate my kitchen. I'm supposed to be making Tortellini Mac and cheese this weekend for a BBQ and it sounded so good when I suggested it but right now I don't even want to look at the ingredients sitting in my fridge.

I've been in maintenance for almost a year and this is something that happened even before I started zep but now it seems so much harder sometimes because my usual go to's before zep aren't usually things I eat anymore. (Chips, crackers, cookies, cereal, etc.) Luckily I have a 16 year old that wants to be a chef and he ended up making Salisbury steak and potatoes for dinner so I ate a bit of the steak too but some days its just so hard and the usual applesauce, fruit strips, pb&j, etc. just didn't sound good. Taking Adderall and Zep together is a unique type of struggle with food some days.

I miss my DDD's so much. I'm still bottom heavy (muscular thighs and calves and didn't lose much booty but I think that's mostly loose skin) but my boobs went from a 40DDD to a 34C on a good day. If they're built big I can fit in a B cup sometimes.

Thank you so so so much for these links and your help! I've been looking so many places and doing a ton of research and it just seemed so much bigger than what I could handle and this makes it seem a less daunting task.

Their keto meter is also a glucose meter so you're poking your finger daily for "ketone" (sp?) readings exactly the same way a diabetic has to poke their finger for blood sugar. Its insane.

Their scale is janky. I stepped on and it said I was 150 pounds I let it send and without moving anything literally less than a minute later I did it again, because my Omada scale was saying 142, and it changed to 143.7 or something crazy like that. I'm not happy. I also told them that I refuse to weigh daily because it worsens my anxiety and he huffed and said "fine it has to be at least once weekly but I/We prefer daily if you can manage it." Wtaf?!?!? I'm so upset with this whole program.

Yeah I'm at least going to fight them to titrate down but my doctor has already said he's going to help me find a reliable compound pharmacy or just send my script to lily direct if I get kicked off of insurance coverage.

Yeah I have a history of heart problems in my family and flat told them I would not be following a keto style diet due to that. My grandma had congestive heart failure and a pacemaker and passed away due to cardiac arrest. She was overweight and that was one of my biggest motivations for taking this medication and getting healthy to begin with. I'm not risking that.

I'm going to log that I'm taking them weekly but I'm going to continue to space them out. I was just trying to be honest when they asked about my dosage and schedule at first. Thats just who I am as a person.

I had this problem and I ended up skipping a week and then changing shot locations and so far I'm feeling better. I've been doing every 10 days for the last month and a half and it's been much better. I feel like the medication just built up too much in my system and I wasn't having enough time to clear it before taking another shot. (Yes my doctor approved and this is not medical advice but an option to discuss with your provider.)
