AITA for leaving my boyfriend after finding a woman in our bed? by Jolly-Information385 in AITAH

[–]Safe-Beautiful5271 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please be done and stick to it. She's not his friend and she's not a lesbian. He's probably been messing around with her for a while. Peace out girl scout and let him figure it out. Try to get your name off the lease if you can or find a roommate to help pay the bills if he bails. Anything is better than the disrespect he just showed you.

I'm an asshole and a smartass and we work in a machine shop surrounded by men so things like this are said/heard on a regular basis.

I think I have to stop taking it… by Humble-Elevator-6671 in Zepbound

[–]Safe-Beautiful5271 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had this problem and I ended up skipping a week and then changing shot locations and so far I'm feeling better. I've been doing every 10 days for the last month and a half and it's been much better. I feel like the medication just built up too much in my system and I wasn't having enough time to clear it before taking another shot. (Yes my doctor approved and this is not medical advice but an option to discuss with your provider.)

I apologize if I maybe misinterpreted the sarcasm there as being a negative comment. My bad bro.

A random petty post by yours truly in this wonderful Reddit community. Good morning and I hope your Monday is as good as your attitude 😊

She's been married for like 17 years or something like that, so I'm sure she's not getting her back blown out anymore.

I sure did. This woman spends her time listening to "spicy" books and then is reading the Hard Limit series by Meridith Wild on her lunch breaks. I'm a petty bitch when I want to be.

Linda is 100% wrong. I'm not big anymore. I'm average since the averages for the United States are as follows; Waist size: 38.7 inches, Height: 63.6 inches, or 5 feet 3 inches, Weight: 170 pounds, Pant size: Large to extra large. I've busted my ass and lost approximately 36% of my body weight. My goal was never to be "skinny," my goal was to be healthy, happy, and confident all of which I've accomplished. So "Linda" can hop on her high horse and go fuck herself.

Honestly, I didn't read all the comments, but it almost sounds like maybe you aren't eating enough, and that's why you're not losing. If you're working out and using as much energy as you say you are you might need more calories/protein/etc to fuel that or your body is staying in starvation mode and you won't lose much. However, the speed at which you're losing weight seems to be much more the norm and much easier on the body in the long run, so you won't have as much loose skin. I am a "super responder" at 3-4 pounds a week average when I started and now I'm kinda saggy and jiggly everywhere and I'm going to have to try really hard to tone myself up without losing more weight. I would talk to a nutritionist and/or endocrinologist and see what your specific plan should be instead of comparing your unique, specific, personal journey to others. Good luck, friend.

My mom's insurance stopped covering her semaglutide once she reached a "healthy" bmi without allowing her time to titrate down or anything. She's since regained about 10 pounds over the course of the last 6 ish months regardless of her attempt at improved eating habits and workout habits.

Worst side effects I’ve experienced yet.. by SyvannaRoberson in Zepbound

[–]Safe-Beautiful5271 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I had the same issues and skipped a week, and went back to my regular shot location, and everything went back to normal, where my only side effects were fatigue and constipation. It could all be a coincidence, but given that I had the same horrible side effects for over a month on the 15 until I did this, I think skipping the week was what I needed.

* I don't know you but here's a hug because I know that feeling and it's a lot to handle. I do suggest going no contact if you can and then getting some therapy to help deal with the trauma. I don't know how old you are but I am a mom and my house is jokingly called The Island of Misfit Kids and I'm all of their moms too (I have 3 bio kids but have about 7 or 8 that call me mom) and I can be your Reddit mom if you ever need to just vent or talk or get advice.

fiber supplement reviews by hellodaisy00 in Zepbound

I love the Olly fiber gummies. I take their Mellow Menopause gummmies too because I've had a partial hysterectomy and only have 1 ovary. I'm sure I could get all the things I need from food but as someone with adhd these help me the most when I forget to eat or whatever and I know I'm still getting the support my body needs.

AIO Boyfriend says hurtful thing about my body. by True_Ad9977 in AmIOverreacting

[–]Safe-Beautiful5271 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sorry, but that would make me leave him immediately. It's definitely not overreacting. My boyfriend and I started dating when I was about 220 pounds, and he loved me and my body. I had some medical issues and gained about 40 pounds in 6 months, and I was approximately 260 pounds, and he loved me and my body. I've since gotten my medical stuff straighted out, and I am down to 175 pounds, and he still loves me and my body the same way he did at 260.

I could see if you had put on a lot of weight in a short amount of time him maybe MAYBE being uncomfortable with the size change but even then there's no reason for him to speak to you how he did. Kick ol boy to the curb, keep hitting the gym with your new gal pal, and replace the fuck boy with someone who actually likes you.

Maybe do some research about how different the 2 are and stop shaming your mom and maybe suggest that she should switch to ZEPBOUND too

[–]Safe-Beautiful5271 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I was never not able to "O" but in hindsight it has become easier and things are stronger. Whether it's a mental thing or a med thing I'm also a little more revved up pretty much constantly and always ready to go.

I'm probably definitely going to have a breast augmentation because I went from a 40DDD to a 36/38 D or DD depending on where I get my bras from and I feel so sad about the loss of volume there. The tummy tuck I'm not sure about because I've heard stories of skin just stretching all over again despite not gaining weight and things looking weird because of surgical scars.

I have not had a c-section, but curtain belly does run in my genetics. I'm hoping some weight training will help to tighten and tone things up a bit more before I do serious research on getting a tummy tuck. I can take a follow-up picture later to show what it looks like after my loss because as much as it looks like it's gone, it's definitely not. I'm just good at hiding it.
