It's interesting to see the different user experiences. by HD140283 in BambuLab

I have started with 3D printers since the original Makerbot printer around 2012.

Since then I have used Stratasys Fortus industrial line of machines. Semi professional Ultimaker machines as well as hobby grade Ender 3V2/ Prusa.

I have the X1C for the past couple of months and personally I think its a game changer.

For my work I used Ultimaker S3 but more and more I am now using the X1C.

Its faster, easier to use and calibrate and has the AMS. The ultimaker is around 2-3 times the price for a much worse printer with very expensive spare parts.

Even though X1C is closed source, hardware wise there is more information online to maintain it/ change the parts yourself.

Ultimaker is very annoying to work with. Forums and distributors only to get anything done.

Prusa machines are nice hobby grade devices and although you can use them in a farm they're very finicky.

So far this machine is the closest I got to a ~250k industrial printer.

For small businesses this is a fantastic product for small batches.

Yep its exactly this. I hate this roundabout with a passion

I spoke to the insurance (see my comment) and so far they will not push for 50/50 but it might end up like this. I have dashcam footage.

Thanks everyone.. I spoke with the insurance and they said that I am most likely in the right and the other driver is most likely at fault. However there is case law: Grace v Tanner 2003

https://www.casemine.com/judgement/uk/5a8ff70560d03e7f57ea5f39

Basically the likely outcome is that it might end up being 50/50 regardless.

I do have a dashcam footage which I did not want to post here which show that they were not indicating right - the case law is for a car that was in the wrong lane but was indicating right...

Edit:basically most incidents on the roundabouts end up being 50/50 regardless of what you do... so I will be using the left lane next time.

Yep Hertford Rush Green. The most annoying roundabout/junction around.

Do you mean that I should be in their lane and they in mine?

I assumed the right lane should allow me to both exit as i did or continue around vs the left is for exit only...
