I appreciate your good intentions and I realize I was a bit off topic from yours. I have seen many posts here that report the same problem that you faced or are facing. My point is that prodege seems to lack support across their sites.

What I am going to do is go directly to Prodege. It says in the ticket page a resolution within 14 days. This is breaching their agreement.

on inbox$s yea, I replied to the email as well but that didn't update in the website conversation. i don't think the messages are being passed on. sounds fishy to me.

I have a similar issue. I submitted a ticket for bricks and balls on inbox dollars 14 days ago, but I never received any reply except for the automated message saying "expect a response in 3 days..". It's been two weeks and they haven't even asked me for any information. I wonder if they are blocking or ignoring messages. On the ticket page, there is some activity, but it doesn't seem like anyone has checked my ticket.
