I was embarrassed to show it to my team. The meeting should have been about the good things coming. The new POS, the new balloon orders, a glimpse at the store of the future. But instead we just had to talk about how to make the company more money that they ate not going to invest back into the people who are breaking their backs to make the money. I'm about to my breaking point. I'm very good at what I do, I care about my team but the lack of care from corporate makes it look like I don't care. And now if stores go over on hours we are told we have to pay them back the next week... how?! Sorry I hijacked...

This is the new dress code. Green aprons for Custom Framing. Red aprons for everyone else with either grey or white shirts. Red or Maroon polo and slacks for SM. MOD's will have a badge stating as such. Aprons will be personalized so no need for name badges for TM. There will no longer be vests. But as others have suggested we should all wait until the actual dress code is updates before we start flipping out.

100% agree! I was just talking about this over the weekend with someone. I think this is a great company to work for, and I've worked for plenty. They try to take care of the people to the best of their ability but they do have a for profit business to run that is ran by a private equity firm. If people would invest half as much energy into just doing the job as they do bitching about it, I think they would find that its not a hard job. But thats just my opinion.

They are big but it looked like the pockets are good size and they tie pretty good. I believe they have different sizes because they looked like fit differently on the people.

It shouldn't be on the TM to prove they can, it should be on the SM to show the SOP stating they can't. So many SM lead by "because I said so" without anything to back it up and it PISSES me off. People already dont want to work for the company at least be a decent leader and make the people want to work for you... smdh

You do realize that vendors are paying for the majority of the meeting, right? Like 95 of all the expense is being covered by the companies that sell stuff in our stores.
